We have ordered the ConCEPS system back in 2022. The system has been working well for us during loading of seagoing vessels with general cargo. Especially when loading cargo on top of containers. The system is easy to handle and easy to use. Even without looking at the manual, you will already understand how to use it. Apart from the usage, the (after-sales) service by Ray has also been great. Even up to today (Oct 2025) we are being kept up to date with updates on the product.
